How do I play?
Seat one cat in every row, every column and every colored room. Cats never touch each other, not even at the corners. Tap a square to mark it ×, and double-tap to seat a cat. In a level, tap any rule card above the board (or the ? button) to see the full guide.
Is every puzzle really solvable without guessing?
Yes. Every puzzle has exactly one answer, and our solver checks that it can be reached by logic alone. If you're stuck, a hint shows the next step and explains why it works.
I got a new phone. Can I keep my progress?
Yes, with a free Bloom account. Sign in from the game's settings on your old phone to back up your progress, then sign in with the same email, Apple, Google or Facebook account on the new one. Without an account, progress lives only on the phone you played on.
What is a Bloom account?
One free account for every Bloom Plays game. It saves your progress, friends and purchases. You can sign in with just your email (we send a one-time code, no password) or with Apple, Google or Facebook. It's optional: you can always play without one.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, open settings › Account › Delete account. You can also ask us by email. Everything tied to the account is removed within 30 days.
My streak broke. What happened?
Your streak counts the days you solve the daily puzzle. Streak freezes cover days you miss: you earn one for every full week of dailies, or you can get one by watching a short video from the Daily tab. Old dailies from the calendar are fun to play but don't change your streak.
Why do I see ads? Can I remove them?
Ads keep Cat Queens free. You'll see one now and then when leaving a win screen, and you can choose to watch a video for an extra heart or hint. An option to remove ads is coming in a future update.
How do I change my ad and tracking choices?
On iPhone, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you're in Europe or the UK, use Privacy choices in the game's settings. Our privacy policy explains everything we collect.
How do I add friends to the leaderboard?
Open the Friends tab and share your invite link, or type a friend's code. Your leaderboard name is made up for you from friendly words, so no one sees your real name or email.
How do I remove my leaderboard entry?
Email us your friend code (shown as "Your code" in the Friends tab) and we'll delete it. Entries are removed automatically after about 14 days anyway.
