Delete your Bloom account

Your Bloom account works in Cat Queens and every other Bloom Plays game. Deleting it removes it everywhere.

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Cat Queens (or any Bloom Plays game) and sign in.
2. Tap the settings button, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can't open the game anymore, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. If you signed in with Apple using a private relay address, write from any address and tell us which sign-in you used; we'll confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and linked sign-ins (Apple, Google, Facebook)
• Your saved progress in every Bloom Plays game: levels, Puzzle IQ, ranks, streaks, yarn, cats, outfits and themes
• Your friends list and leaderboard name

Everything is removed within 30 days, and usually right away. We keep only what the law requires, such as a record of purchases for tax purposes; payment details are held by Apple or Google, never by us. Anonymous puzzle statistics can't be linked to you, so they stay. Progress saved on your phone stays there until you delete the app.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel anything you bought through Apple or Google. Purchases like removing ads can be restored with a new account on the same store account.
